Prof. Raymond Marquina, University of Los Andes - Venezuela, shares with us this information:
During weeks 14 to 30 September 2009 I will be doing the Latin American Meeting of Licensing Free Knowledge and sponsored by the National Foundation for Development Research Free Technologies ( CENDITEL ) Together with a group of institutions who have been linked to support this important initiative.
The same is to share experiences and expand knowledge regarding these two topics of general interest today.
The initiative comes Allies Network for the Defence of Knowledge as Public Good ( RADECON ) who together with a group of close associates seek to define a common path towards the emancipation and integration of knowledge from Latin American the prospect of a change written into the legal protection to the release.
